With over 15 years of experience in health, teaching, coaching, and leadership, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to every part of this work. My deepest purpose is to support others in reconnecting with their truth, healing deeply, and living a life of alignment, clarity, and soul fulfilment.

My own journey began with a desire to understand the powerful connection between mind, body, and soul. Along the way, I was initiated into the profound magic of energy healing, intuitive guidance, and spiritual transformation — tools that not only changed my life, but awakened a calling within me to support others in doing the same.

Through Mind Body Soul Alchemy, I offer intuitive soul guidance, energy healing, and soul-led coaching — including Soul Compass, a unique fusion of intuitive coaching and energetic support, designed to help you align with your highest timeline and embody your truth.

Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or transformation, this space is here to meet you where you are — and gently guide you forward. From in-person and online sessions, to recorded readings, mentorship containers, and soul-expanding workshops, my approach is holistic, heart-led, and deeply rooted in your empowerment.

I believe we each hold deep wisdom within us — but life, grief, conditioning, relationships, fear, burnout and change can sometimes make that wisdom harder to hear.
